Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please allow additional time for international customs clearance.

  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following product categories:

  • Personal Care items (once opened or used)
  • Water Filtration systems (once opened or installed)
  • Baby/Toddler products that have been removed from original packaging
  • Items specifically marked as “final sale”

Note: We make exceptions for defective products, which will be replaced at no charge.

Refund Timeline & Method

If your return is approved:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Method: Your refund will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as returns – simply indicate your preference for an exchange when you contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items
